What a lovely weekend with our 2 young children. The lodge we stayed in was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good lunch at the onsite restaurant and made good use of the pool. The location is great for exploring the Peaks. Highly recommended.
This site is small. Very quiet and peaceful.Lodges are amazing. We stayed in the newest lodge. And all I can say is wow. Every single thing u need is in the lodge, spotless and built to perfection.Definately a great place to stay.
Nice place. Had a fairly new 2 bed tissington lodge. Lodge itself is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, couple of sofas and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and other with 2 singles. Beds and bedding was clean. A few gripes but nothing to put us off going again.No mixer tap in bathroom basin, easy to get scaldedMattress was not comfortableKettle looked as if someone had boiled a few tea bags in it.Microwave needed a good clean by boiling lemon water in it.Swimming pool was great and a lot to do near by. Great restaurants in Ashbourne.
A quiet park with well-equipped lodges and friendly staff. The Coach House restaurant provides a good variety of food without being too expensive. The site is close to Ashbourne as well as being a good base from which to explore further
Excellent holiday. Outstanding cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool, park and children's play room. Enjoyed the golf. Would definitely recommend for a holiday in the Peak District. Ate at the restaurant twice. Nice food and good value.
