A great park just a short distance from the centre of Ashbourne. Take a riverside walk or maybe walk your dog on the many paths and grassed areas. Take a look at the marvellous main entrance built in local stone that is also a war memorial - see the attached photograph.
Very nice place for families or kids. You can find there a lot of benches for resting and it's right next to the sport fields.
Great park with lovely plants and trees. It's got a lot of squirrels and also a river running through. A pond aswell. There's a playground for little ones with swings and slides and frames with a little water area for summer. Sometimes there are people around who get quite loud and are smoking lots but a nice park.
