Very sad been with this dentist for a few years now and found the dentist great Phoned up to book a appointment and told I have been removed from there list due to missing 2nd appointment in 15 months I did realise I had missed the one appointment in 2017 but was unaware of the 2018 missed appointment I did try to explain and also offer to pay for missed appointment s but to no avail I am shocked this can be done after only 2nd appointment missed and with no contact or no knowledge within NHS contract previously signed Also reception lady did not want to know anyway rant over great dentist poor communication
TLC 4 Smiles is the best dental practice in Derbyshire. Rod Pacheco has quite simply put my faith back in dentists, after experiencing some pretty shoddy dental work at my old practice. I have my confidence back in my smile again. He fitted me for a Night Guard and gave me a very thorough scale and polish. After years of having a dentist who side lined in butchery, TLC 4 Smiles is refreshing. The practice is clean and the staff are friendly and the work they carry out is done with care.
Excellent dentists, reception very pleasant. My only complaint is getting the dentist to risk giving you their advice rather than just telling you the pros and cons and then just saying it's up to you.
