Staff weren't very helpful - preferred chatting to friend who walked in while we were in the middle of being served. Lost the desire to look at other items after waiting patiently for them to finish catching up. No apology or offer of further assistance. Disappointed because the shop itself was lovely!

A second visit to this delightful tearoom for myself and friend and we were not disappointed. The ladies in the tearoom are so lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The afternoon tea was as delicious as we remembered it from our first visit last Sept. All freshly made a lovely variety of tasty finger sandwiches, and more than we could manage! Delicious homemade scones with jam and cream as well as lemon drizzle cake, chocolate sponge cake and flapjack!! Take away for any left overs not a problem either makes for a happy hubby who was in work!! As much fresh tea and coffee as we could drink. Such excellent value for money. Have not had a nicer afternoon tea for the money. We will definitely be back.
Just had afternoon tea here and it was so lovely! Gorgeous sandwiches and plenty of them, Victoria sponge, flapjack, date & walnut cake and scone with jam and cream. Two huge pots of Earl Grey tea as well! The ladies that run it are really lovely and friendly too ... Ill be back again very soon. Oh, and they run a knit and natter on a Monday morning so Ill be going to that as well
