Helpful friendly staff
Only a small Asda, so does not carry a very wide of goods, you can however do a decent basic family shop. Staff are usually helpful and friendly, however I believe they are understaffed and with the self service tills constantly demanding attention and them doing the parcel service etc now, it's all added strain on the staff.
Waiting times too long, when tills aren't in use but available, this has been addressed seen way more staff in there. So waiting times have considerly dropped. Be nice to have some new stock in too, something different in all parts of the store, especially the frozen section. Still great deals and very friendly service from polite staff. Since this post things have improved immensely, more staff. And when there is a wait another till is opened quick time. Am never in a rush but due to this carrier bag bs, you feel under so much pressure to pack you're things. Which inevitably means damaged produce. Bring back the carrier bag and make it a rule that they, we have to state how many if needed, even if after paid for. Its a win win. And takes pressure of the consumer. Still awesome staff. Really mean that. You're all great guys.
Store is a bit small but a good range of products on sale
Always a good place to shop I find, as the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
