Can't recommend AKS highly enough. Every member of the team is outstanding. They did all viewings and generated interest in our home that other agents wouldn't have. They sold our house on the first viewing for the asking price so we couldn't ask for more! The sales progression/management of the chain is superb as well with plenty of updates. I'm convinced we moved before Christmas thanks to their speedy work.

Andrew told me he would aim to sell my home within 4 weeks and he has achieved precisely that. However the service provided goes far beyond what I ever expected; I have never dealt with estate agents who are so professional but also incredibly helpful. Really recommend these agents. They pulled out all stops to enable to exchange and complete ASAP. From when we first saw the house to final completion it was only 40 days.
