I've been going to CobraFIT for a 18 months and still enjoy it as much as when I started. I first went because it was something new and different but I soon got hooked. New people get an introduction to the techniques before joining the class, but you pick up the moves quite quickly. I always come away feeling I've worked arms, legs and core and as the routines change you're regularly learning new moves to keep it interesting and challenging. The numbers are limited so it's not intimidating and because you have a beverage before and a shake after, you chat and get to know the others in the class which makes it really friendly and all the more enjoyable. And everyone is encouraging. Definitely more than your average exercise class!
