Ordered a 'Hot Summer Gift Box' from Interflora costing 45. This was to include timed delivery, between 3-5pm. The shop refused to accept the timed delivery, then failed to leave the flowers with any neighbours despite there being numerous options. In a bizarre call with the staff, my wife was invited to drive the 25 mile round trip to pick up her own surprise flowers! The flowers arrived a day late, dried and with some brown petals. Including greenery, only 13 stems delivered! Completely laughable and pathetic. Awful service and an insult to my wife. Flowers in the bin, full refund received from Interflora. I would never use this shop ever!!
Love this florist never have had any problems when I've had flowers from here. Staff are lovely and ever so helpful. Would deffo recommend :)
I ordered flowers here today as I have done for birthdays and mother's day for many years. As always they delivered a beautiful bouquet and I just received a text from my step mum thanking me for the 'Glorious flowers" which she goes on to say are "stunning". If my step mum is happy then I'm happy, and The Flowershop have always lived up to expectation in this regard.Thank you so much, keep up the good work.
