Extremely disappointed with my buying experience at Chic Ashbourne. After purchasing an item after 30 mins I was refused a refund upon my return. This felt unreasonable and unfair. I understand it is not the staff members decision. But it should be displayed and explained upon purchase. The worst part of the ordeal was the patronizing and childish comment from one particular staff member directed at my frustration. It was un-professional and has let down the community for local people and buyers. Regrettably I will not be shopping here again.
Visited here yesterday looking for something to wear after having a baby and feeling generally unhappy about my figure. The lady in the shop really looked after me, giving me honest feedback with what I was trying on (very much appreciated) and found me 2 dresses that I feel amazing in. Thank you so much, I cannot tell you how much it means to wear something that makes me feel confident again. The shop has a lovely selection and I will certainly be returning in the future.
A wonderful shop with really unique and lovely clothing, and so much choice!! There really is something for everyone. The staff are unbelievably helpful, they'll match any scarf or necklace with a top or jumper for you and give you genuine advise without pressuring you to buy. I strongly recommend visiting, especially for a bit of Christmas shopping the gift selection is really quirky I've managed to pick up a load of stocking fillers. The oriental looking girl with the blonde hair really made my visit, so helpful. Overall a fab experience and can't wait to visit again!!!
